These Terms of Service Agreement set forth the terms and conditions under which Neighborly Bin Cleaners provides trash bin cleaning services to residential and commercial customers. By signing up for our service, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. SERVICE AGREEMENT
1.1 Neighborly Bin Cleaners provides professional trash can cleaning services on a recurring or one-
time basis as agreed upon.
1.2 Service is performed at the Customer's designated service address on scheduled days.
1.3 The Customer must provide access to the trash bins on the scheduled cleaning day. We will not
open gates or go into closed backyards unless agreed upon prior to service.
1.4 Neighborly Bin Cleaners will make every effort to provide SAME DAY service. If SAME DAY
service is not feasible or possible due to route scheduling and/or late trash collection times, the
Customer will be scheduled for NEXT DAY service.
2.1. Neighborly Bin Cleaners will make every effort to provide SAME DAY service. If SAME DAY

Customer will be scheduled for NEXT DAY service.
3.1. Payment Method – The Customer agrees to keep a valid credit card on file for recurring
payments.
3.2. Billing Schedule – Payments will be charged on the billing cycle agreed upon at the time of
enrollment (monthly, quarterly, or annually).
3.3. Non-Payment – If payment is not received or declined, services will be suspended until payment
is made.
4.1. Cancellation by Customer – Service may be cancelled at any time by sending an email
to Neighborlybincleaners@gmail.com. If the cancellation request is received PRIOR to the next
automatic payment, no additional charges or services will take place. If the cancellation request is
received AFTER a payment has been processed, services will be provided that month and both
charges and services will terminate thereafter.
5.1.Monthly Service: Customers subscribing to our monthly service are required to receive a minimum of three (3) visits.
5.2. Quarterly Service: Customers subscribing to our quarterly service are required to receive a minimum of two (2) visits.
5.3. Failure to meet the minimum visit requirements may result in a modification or cancellation of the service agreement, at our discretion.
6.1. Neighborly Bin Cleaners is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to the trash bins.
6.2 Trash and recycle cans should be in good working condition and not be in such disrepair that
would cause damage to the cleaning equipment or prevent Neighborly Bin Cleaners from cleaning
the bins properly. Any significant damage noted by the technician will be reported to the Customer
upon the first cleaning.
6.3 Neighborly Bin Cleaners reserves the right to reschedule service due to weather conditions,
equipment failure, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Neighborly Bin Cleaners collects and stores customer information for billing and service
purposes only. Customer data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except
as required by law.
